DELIVERY
Flat Rate Delivery
$22 flat rate delivery applies to all orders Australia wide within the CBD and Metro Areas of – SA, VIC, NSW, QLD & WA
All other areas are excluded from the flat rate delivery and will be calculated based on the delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of the order.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Australia Post Parcel Collect Addresses or Parcel Lockers.
Syntec Diamond Tools reserve the right to change or withdraw the flat rate delivery at any time.
International Delivery
International delivery is currently unavailable via our website. For all international orders, please contact us on sales@syntecdiamond.com
Delivery Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will be provided with an email notifying you that it has been despatched and with a tracking number. Any questions about your order once it has been despatched, please contact the courier directly as provided in your tracking link.
- All goods remain the property of Syntec Diamond Tools Pty Ltd until paid in full.
- Any item(s) purchased via Customer Account (Purchase Order); 30-day payment terms apply.
- All Credit Card purchases will be processed prior to order despatch.
